Defensive drill...Wrist Flips
With the feet shoulder width apart and the feet slightly staggered (right foot back), the fielding hand should be extended but not straight. Head should be down and the back flat. The body position should be balanced. Have a friend role balls at you and when receiving the ball, use the wrist to secure the grounder by bring the wrist up.
